As per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we hereby inform that Ms. Manjusha Bhatnagar (DIN 07059799), Director (Human Resources & Corporate Affairs) has superannuated from the services of the Company on the close of business hours on 31st January, 2018 and hence ceases to be a Director with effect from 1st February, 2018.

Further, vide letter no. CA-31024/4/2017-PNG(17426) dated 30th January, 2018 from the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, (MOPNG), Government of India, Shri Prabal Basu, Chairman & Managing Director of the Company is entrusted with the additional charge of the post of Director (Human Resource & Corporate Affairs) of the Company for a period of 3 months with effect from 1st February, 2018 till 30th April, 2018 or till appointment of a regular incumbent to the post or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
