In this connection, as per the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees of the Company with immediate effect till the declaration of aforesaid dividend by the Company and the said Window shall be open 48 hours after the same is made public.
