1. Audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2015
2. Declaration of second interim dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2015
In view of the above, the trading window for dealing in the Company's equity shares by the directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from May 15, 2015 to June 02, 2015 (both days inclusive), in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of insider trading and code of corporate disclosure practices, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992. |
