1. Mr. K. Ullas Kamath, Joint Managing Director of the Company has also been entrusted with the additional responsibility of Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
2. Consequent to Appointment of Mr. K. Ullas Kamath as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. M. L. Bansal will be Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company. |
