| Exchange Disseminated Time | | With reference to the earlier announcement intimating the date of the Meeting of the Board of Directors to be held on February 19, 2014 to approve the Audited Annual Accounts for the year ended December 31, 2013 and to consider dividend, if any, Esab India Ltd has now informed BSE that as per the Company’s The Code for Prevention of Insider Trading framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 the Trading Window for the purpose of transacting in Company’s Shares will remain closed with effect from February 01, 2014 to February 20, 2014 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the designated employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to trade in the Company’s shares during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
