2. Resignation of Mr. Madhav Srinivasan from Directorship w.e.f. May 24, 2016.
3. Resignation of Mr. Ram Swarup Dabriwala from Chairman & Managing Director w.e.f. July 01, 2016 post expiry of his term & he will be continuing as a Director of the Company.
4. Appointment of Mr. Dipankar Ghosh as a Chairman & Managing Director w.e.f. July 01, 2016 subject to approval of Shareholders in ensuing Annual General Meeting. |
