| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to earlier letter dated May 12, 2016 regarding date of Board Meeting to be held on May 21, 2016, Minda Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that as per Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors / Officers / designated employees of the Company from May 14, 2016 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on May 21, 2016.
