1. To consider, approve, and adopt Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2016.
2. To consider recommending payment of dividend, if any for the year ended March 31, 2016.
3. To consider approving the Report of Directors to the members for the year ended on March 31, 2016.
4. To consider convening the Annual General Meeting of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2016.
Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the Equity shares of the Company will remain closed from May 20, 2016 to May 29, 2016 (both days inclusive) for directors and designated employees as defined in code. |
