| Exchange Disseminated Time | | PTC India Financial Services Ltd (PFS) has informed BSE that the Company had invested Rs. 55.63 crores in Ind-Barath Powergencom Ltd (IBPGL) for 26% stake in the Company in August' 08. The exit mode for PFS for investment made in the Company is the buy-back of shares of PFS at compounded annual net of taxes return of 23.75% by the Company/ Promoter. Further the Company has informed that PFS has completed the transaction on October 05, 2011, and shares of IBPGL held by PFS has been brought back Promoter of IBPGL i.e. M/s Ind-Barath Power Infra Ltd. as per agreed return. |
