| Exchange Disseminated Time 12/01/2017 11:40:23 | TV Today Network Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 09, 2017, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 along with the limited review report of the auditors for the corresponding period (Q3).
Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 of the Company from January 13, 2017 and would remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company to the public (both days inclusive). |
