| Exchange Disseminated Time | Harrisons Malayalam Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon'ble High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam has approved the Composite Scheme of Arrangement between Harrisons Malayalam Financial Services Ltd. and Harrisons Rubber Products Ltd. and Harrisons Agro Products Ltd. and Harrisons Malayalam Ltd. and Sentinel Tea and Exports Ltd. and their Respective Shareholders on July 28, 2010.
The Effective Date of the Scheme will be the date on which the said certified copy of the Order passed by the Hon'ble High Court is filed with the Registrar of Companies, Kerala. |
