July 01, 2015 to September 30, 2015 for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2016.
Further, in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all directors, officers and employees of the Company will be closed from October 31, 2015 and would open 24 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public. |
