| Exchange Disseminated Time | DCM Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to Section 201 of the Companies Act, 2013 , that the Company intends to file an application with the Central Government for its approval for payment of remuneration to Mr. Surender Kumar, Whole Time Director w.e.f. December 01, 2015, under item (ii) of third proviso of section II of Part II of Schedule V read with sections 196 and 197 of the Companies Act, 2013. and other applicable provisions of the Act, if any.
Mr. Surender Kumar was re-appointed as Whole time Director of the Company by the Nomination, Remuneration & Compensation Committee and Board of Directors in their respective meetings held on November 02, 2015. Such appointment along with remuneration and terms and conditions thereof were also approved by the shareholders in the 24th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on November 30, 2015 pursuant to Notice dated November 05, 2015.
