| Exchange Disseminated Time | D B Realty Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2015, inter alia, has:
- Adopted the following codes pursuant to Regulation 8 and Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 to be effective from May 15, 2015;
a. Code of practice and procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information.
b. Code of conduct to regulate monitor and report share trading by insiders.
Further, as required under the said Regulation the code of practices and procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information is being uploaded on the Company’ website. |
