Ordinary General meeting held on April 28, 2015 and in terms of the Option Agreement dated February 04, 2013 (as amended from time to time) the Company has purchased 3,55,55,556 Non-Redeemable Non-Cumulative Non Participating Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares issued by Magma Advisory Services Ltd (MASL), a wholly-equity-owned subsidiary, from Celica Developers Private Limited and accordingly now the entire equity and preference share capital of MASL is held by the Company. |
