1. To consider, approve and take on record, the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2014.
2. To consider seeking shareholders approval under Section 180(1)(a) & 180(1)(c) of the companies Act, 2013, Amendments of Articles and etc through Postal Ballot.
In terms of the Code of Insider Trading Regulations of the Company, it is hereby communicated that the TRADING WINDOW for dealing in the Company's Securities shall remain closed from May 07, 2014 till 24 hours after results are made public on May 15, 2014 for all the directors/officers/designated employees of the Company. |
