The Board of Directors of the Company has taken on record the resignation of Mr. Satish Godbole as Alternate Director in their Meeting held on March 23, 2010.
The Board of Directors has also appointed Mr. Satish Godbole as Additional Director on the Board effective from March 23, 2010. Mr. Satish Godbole will be member of Audit Committee and Chairman of the Investor Grievance Committee of the Board. |
