Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in the shares of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all employees and Directors as defined in the Code of the Company from December 22, 2017 to January 14, 2018 and the same will be opened at the beginning of the trading hours on January 15, 2018.
