1. The Board has accepted Resignation received from Mr. R. Shadananan from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. October 18, 2016.
2. The Board has Appointed Mr. Ravi Patidar as a Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. October 25, 2016.
3. The Board has approved the Vision and Mission Statements.
4. The Board has approved Joint Project between Company and Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, Under Uchhatar Avishkar Yojna (DAY) for Design and Development of SPV Based Super Efficient Agricultural Pumps and Hybrid Multidimensional Inverters. |
