We wish to inform you that the Company has issued Commercial paper of Rs. 40.00 Crore value dated 20th June, 2017 having maturity on 15th September, 2017.
The aforesaid issuance of commercial paper is to reduce high interest bearing cash credit limits and in turn reducing cost of borrowing.
