| Exchange Disseminated Time 12/11/2016 18:10:16 | With reference to the earlier letter dated November 05, 2016, regarding convening of meeting of Board of Directors of the Company to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2016, Indian Sucrose Ltd has now informed BSE that due to software failure, the Company is unable to compile the accounting data for preparation of quarterly results of the Company resulting in non-submission of unaudited quarterly financial results within the stipulated period mentioned in regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations. Non-submission of un-audited quarterly Financial Results is due to unavoidable reasons beyond the control.
The Board of Directors has decided to adjourned this meeting and next date of Board Meeting to consider and approve the un-audited quarterly financial results will be held on November 15, 2016 at 04:00 P.M. at the registered office of the Company at G.T. Road, Mukerian, Distt. Hoshiarpur, Punjab - 144 217. |
