| Exchange Disseminated Time | Drillco Metal Carbides Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016:
1. To inter alia to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditor of the Company.
2. To execute the SEBI (LODR) Agreement of the Company.
Further in accordance with the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from the February 04, 2016 and would be open after 48 hours of the announcement of financial results to the public. |
