| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier "Financial Results for Sep 30, 2010", Arihant Foundations & Housing Ltd has now submitted to BSE the corrected consolidated financial results, for September 30, 2010. Further the Company has informed that while conversion of the result in PDF Format, certain formulaes got changed by which the consolidated figures for the quarter ended September 30, 2010 has been changed.
Following are the change / revised items in the consolidated financial result :
In the 1st column quarter ended September 30, 2010 (Audited) :
- Income from Operations to be considered Rs. 10020.85 lakhs instead of Rs.12296.89 lakhs.
- Profit from operations before other income, interest and exceptional items to be considered Rs. 222.20 lakhs instead of Rs. 2498.24 lakhs.
- Profit before interest and exceptional items to be considered as Rs. 364.47 lakhs instead of Rs. 2640.50 lakhs.
- Profit after interest but before exceptional items to be considered as Rs. 112.96 lakhs instead of Rs. 2388.99 lakhs.
- Profit (+) /Loss (-) from ordinary activities before tax to be considered as Rs. 112.96 lakhs instead of Rs. 2388.99 lakhs.
- Net Profit (+) /Loss (-) from ordinary activities after tax to be considered as Rs. 52.45 lakhs instead of Rs. 2328.49 lakhs. |
