| Exchange Disseminated Time 18/07/2016 16:39:45 | City Union Bank Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on July 21, 2016, shall be finalizing the date of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and agenda items to be included in the Notice of AGM.
In that meeting the Bank will also consider an agenda item(s) for inclusion in the Notice of the AGM seeking shareholders approval for passing enabling resolutions to raise capital through any one or more of the methods prescribed under Regulation 29(d) of Listing Regulations 2015 subject to applicable Laws, Rules and Regulations including the guidelines issued by SEBI and RBI. |
