2. To Consider and approved Audited Financial Results for the year ended on March 31, 2009.
3. To fix up date of Book closure.
4. To approve Directors' Report and Report on Corporate Governance.
5. To fix up the date, time and place of 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and to approve
Notice Conveying the said AGM.
6. To take note of directors retire by rotation and re-appointment.
7. To reappoint of Auditor and to fix their remuneration. |
