1. Adoption of the Audited Profit & Loss Account of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2009 and the Balance Sheet as that date together with the Report of the Directors & Auditors thereon.
2. Appointment of Mr. Trivikram Khaitan & Mr. Shiva Kumar Barasia as Directors of the Company.
3. Appointment of M/s. S Swarup & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the Auditors of the Company to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
4. Appointment of Mr. Debjit Bhattacharya as Whole-time Director of the Company for a period of two years with effect from March 01, 2009, on remuneration, terms & conditions. |
