| Exchange Disseminated Time 13/02/2016 18:16:10 | Alpine Housing Development Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 13, 2016, inter alia, took the following decisions:
1. Appointment and Resignation of Independent Director
The Board of Directors of the company accepted the resignation of Mrs. Annu Kumari who had tendered her resignation from Directorship of the Company and in her place Mrs. Sumathi Doraiswamy who has given her consent is appointed as an Independent Director and also as the women Director of the Company w.e.f February 13, 2016 and subsequent consent of shareholders approval will be taken on ensuing Annual General Meeting.
2. The Board approved the names for Key Managerial Personnel for the purpose of determining materiality of an event for the purpose of determining materiality of an event or information and for the purpose of making disclosures to stock exchange in compliance with Regulation 30 (5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements] Regulation 2015. |
