Sub: Applicability of Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015 (Ind-AS Rules)
With reference to the SEBI circular no. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated July 5, 2016,to facilitate smooth transition during the first year of Ind-AS implementation, a relaxation of one month has been given to the company for submitting the financial result for quarter ended September 30, 2017. In light of same it is informed that the Board Meeting for approval of financial results for quarter ended September 30, 2017 would be convened on or before 14th December 2017, the prior intimation for which shall be provided as per Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
