| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement dated January 20, 2015, regarding a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 03, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Un-audited financial results for the quarter / nine months ended December 31, 2014, Wheels India Ltd has now informed BSE that at the above said meeting, the Board will also consider and approve interim dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2015 and fix record date for the purpose, in addition to the consideration of the Un-audited financial results for the quarter/nine months ended December 31,2014.
