| Exchange Disseminated Time 14/11/2015 14:39:56 | West Coast Paper Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, have re-designated Shri. Rajendra Jain as Executive Director of the Company w.e.f. December 01, 2015 and also appointed him as "CFO" of the Company pursuant to section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Listing agreements w.e.f. December 01, 2015.
Further, pursuant to Regulation 30(5) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the Board of Directors have also authorized Shri. Rajendra Jain, Executive Director, w.e.f. December 01, 2015 for determining
materiality of an event or information and for making disclosure. |
