| Exchange Disseminated Time | Greycells Education Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 19, 2016:
1. to consider and approve the audited annual accounts of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2016 and also the consolidated annual accounts of the Company, for the financial year ended March 31, 2016.
2. to take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2016 in the format prescribed by the stock exchange amongst other things.
Further, as per the 'Greycells Education Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from May 12, 2016 to May 21, 2016 for all the Designated Employees and Directors of the Company for the purpose of declaration of Audited Annual Accounts of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2016. |
