| Exchange Disseminated Time | Bharat Gears Ltd has informed BSE that the next Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.
In purview of the above, pursuant to the Code for Prevention of Insider Trading read with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the shares of the Company for Promoters/Promoter Group/Directors & Designated Employees of the Company shall be closed from May 10, 2015 to May 30, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
