1. Appointed of Mrs. Sujata Chakravarty, as an Additional Independent Women Director of the Company.
2. Approved the term for re-appointment of Mr. Harsh Vardhan Bassi, as Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. October 29, 2016.
3. Approved Capex plan for factory situated at HP.
4. Approved issue of 30,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price as per SEBI (ICDR) Rules, on Preferential basis and subject to such approvals as may be required.
5. Approved notice of postal Ballot.
