| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Third quarter ended December 31, 2014 for all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from February 11, 2015 to February 14, 2015 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window. |
