1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2015.
2, To consider and approve the Audited Annual Accounts and notes thereon for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2015.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors / officers / designated employees of the Company from May 20, 2015 to May 30, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
