1. Board has ratified the appointment of M/s Suresh Anchaliya & Co. Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2016-17 , Subject to approval of Members in ensuing Annual General Meeting.
2. Board has approved re-appointment of Mr. Manish Jain who retires by rotation.
3. Board has appointed Ms. Deepika Singhvi, Practising Company Secretary to act as Scrutinizer to conduct the E-voting /Ballot voting at 36th Annual General Meeting of the Company. |
