In the said letter, the Company have mentioned that the Finance Committee of the Company in relation to issuance of Notes, has executed (i) subscription agreement (ii) trust deed and (iii) agency agreement Inadvertently, Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd has now informed BSE that the Committee has executed the aforesaid agreements instead of the draft of the aforesaid agreements being approved by the Finance Committee in the said meeting. |
