| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to "Increase in Price", Peacock Industries Ltd has clarified to BSE as under :
"The Company has vide letter dated March 07, 2012 has already in compliance with the clause 36 of the Listing Agreement has informed to the Stock Exchange about the submission of the revised draft rehabilitation scheme to the Operating Agency namely i.e. IDBI. Besides no other activity being sensitive in terms of clause 36 of the Listing Agreement with your stock Exchange has taken place in the Company.
Further it would not be in opt to mention that there is some news circulating in the market that the Company has been sanctioned a rehabilitation scheme by the Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR). It is speculative in nature and it is hereby clarified for the interest of the stakeholders that no such scheme has been sanctioned so far." |
