We would like to inform that, the Board of Directors at its meeting held today has approved payment of interim dividend at the rate of Rs. 5/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each (50%) of the Company for the FY 2017-18.
In this connection, the Board of Directors have fixed January 31, 2018 as Record Date for ascertaining shareholders entitled for payment of interim dividend. The interim dividend shall be paid / dispatched to shareholders on or after February 14, 2018.
