Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in the Company's securities for all the connected/designated persons shall remain closed from January 11, 2017 till the completion of 48 hours after the results are made public on January 27, 2017. |
