| Exchange Disseminated Time | Bank of Baroda has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on January 30, 2015, to consider & approve the un-audited (Reviewed) Financial Results of the Bank together with relevant segment reporting, for the quarter / Nine months ended December 31, 2014 (Q3).
Further, "Trading window" under provision of "Bank of Baroda Directors and Employees Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading" has been closed from January 16, 2015 to January 31, 2015 (both Days inclusive). |
