| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement regarding Financial Results for March 31, 2013, Hitech Plast Ltd has now submitted to BSE a copy of revised Audited Consolidated Financial results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 2013, incorporating therein the following limited changes :
1. In the heading of column of tables with respect to financial figures for quarter ended March 31, 2013 and March 31, 2012 the words earlier written as “Unaudited’ has been replaced by the word "Audited" (Refer Note No.8).
2. On the last page under Notes: Note No. 8 has been added as "The figures of the last quarter are the balancing figures between the audited figures in respect of the full financial year and the published year to date figures upto the third quarter of the current financial year." |
