| Exchange Disseminated Time | Visesh Infotecnics Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 28, 2011, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2011, Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on that date and the Reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Shri. S. N. Sharma, as a Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
3. Appointment of M/s RMA & Associates, Chartered Accountants, "New Delhi as the Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting, at a remuneration to be decided by the Board of Directors.
4. Appointment of Mr. Vipin Garg as a Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation. |
