Shivarathreeshwara Centre Auditorium, 1st Main, 8th Block, Jayanagar, Bengaluru- 560082. The brief proceedings of the AGM are provided in Annexure -1. We also wish to inform you that in terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 r/w related rules and Regulation 44 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, the Company had provided remote e-voting facility to its members with the assistance of the NSDL and the voting was open from 23/06/2017 (9:00 a.m.) to 27/06/2017 (5:00 p.m.). Further, polling facility was provided at the AGM venue. The Report of Scrutinizer dated June 28, 2017 is attached as Annexure - 2, pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Amendment Rules, 2015. The details regarding voting results in the prescribed format as per Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 will be submitted separately.
