| Exchange Disseminated Time | Pankaj Piyush Trade & Investment Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held May 31, 2012 have, inter alia, taken the following decisions:
1. Took note of the change in management of the Company on favour of Mr Vinod Kumar Bansal consequent to the open offer formalities having been completed.
2. Approved the transfer of 60,000 shares from the old promoter Mr. Rasik Lai Shah to the new promoter Mr. Vinod Kumar Bansal consequent to the open offer formalities having been completed.
3. The changes in the Board of directors of the Company are as under:
(a). In view of the change in management, Mr. Vinod Kumar Bansal and Mrs. Renu Bansal representing the new management, was appointed as Additional Directors of the Company with effect from May 31, 2012.
(b). Mr. Ashish Satish Bhatt, Mr. Jignesh Anantrai Mehta, Mrs. Kavita Jignesh Mehta and Mr. Mahesh Indravadanbhai Pandya have resigned from the Board of directors of the Company with effect from May 31, 2012. |
