2. Consideration and Recommendation of Final Dividend.
Accordingly, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company is closed for Promoters, Directors, other Connected Persons and Employees of the Company from March 21, 2016 to May 29, 2016 (both days inclusive) as per the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation,2015. |
