| Exchange Disseminated Time 01/08/2016 17:23:32 | Bank of Maharashtra has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on August 12, 2016 inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter ended June 30, 2016.
Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Bank’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window shall remain closed for the Directors and Designated employees from August 02, 2016 to August 14, 2016 (both days inclusive). Suitable notice of the closure of Trading window has been given to Directors and Designated employees. |
