| Exchange Disseminated Time | Indiabulls Securities Ltd has informed BSE that on December 03, 2014, Indiabulls Securities Ltd ("the Company") has issued and allotted 42,400 (Forty two thousand four hundred) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, to the eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under -‘Indiabulls Securities Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2008'.
Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 52,16,36,872/- divided into 26,08,18,436 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each. |
