| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to transact the following matters:
1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.
2. To consider the recommendation of payment of Dividend on Equity Shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015, if any.
Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and as per the terms of “Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading'' of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from May 21, 2015 to May 30, 2015 (both days inclusive) for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Code. |
