1. Approved the appointment of Mr. Srikanth Shenoy as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. October 21, 2016.
2. In partial supersession of the earlier intimation, the Board has approved and authorized Mr. Srikanth Shenoy for the purpose of determining materiality of an event/information and for the purpose of making disclosures to stock exchange. |
